Cooking Time #Chiken Stew

* 2 pound Chicken(dark or white) * 1 Bell pepper(green or other colours as you wish * 2 medium Potatoes * 1 onion * 1 cup cauliflower *salt,pepper,turmeric,saffron,cinnamon,tomato paste(est:2 tablespoon)

**chop your onion and fry with all the spices include tomato paste. Add your chicken and let cook to the level you like the texture(45min to 1 hour suggested). Cook on a low heat and let it cook with the steam of water from onion and chicken. Add a cup of water or two if needed. Remember you don't need a loose stew. Add water gradually and check your chicken. Never add cold water to your food while cooking. Add your vegetables and let them cook slowly. First potato and next cauliflower and the last is bell pepper which gives you the aroma just before serving your food.
